- Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through Instagram and Facebook ads.
- Explain clinic treatments, services and offers to prospective patients.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments and clinic visits.
- Follow up with interested and pending leads regularly.
- Coordinate appointment bookings with the clinic team.
- Maintain daily lead records and follow-up updates in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly appointment conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Positive communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and patient-friendly approach.
Preferred: Experience in hospitals, dermatology clinics or aesthetic clinics.
