Tasheel Moral Academy is seeking a dynamic, dedicated and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join its growing team. We are looking for a professional with excellent communication, interpersonal and student engagement skills who can effectively guide prospective students and support them in making informed academic decisions.

Job Summary

The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their academic interests and requirements, providing relevant programme information, and guiding them throughout the admission process.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and convincing abilities, a student-centric approach, and the confidence to manage enquiries and drive successful student enrolments.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle prospective student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and other digital communication channels.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, interests and career aspirations to provide appropriate guidance.
- Explain academic programmes, course details, eligibility criteria and admission procedures.
- Conduct professional counselling sessions to help students make informed academic decisions.




- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective students and convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Address student queries, concerns and objections with clarity and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, enquiries and follow-up activities.
- Work towards assigned counselling and admission targets.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience throughout the student engagement process.

Eligibility Criteria & Required Skills

- 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in Academic Counselling, Student Counselling, Educational Sales or Admission Counselling.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and student engagement abilities.
- Ability to understand student requirements and provide appropriate academic guidance.
- Good presentation and relationship management skills.
- Solid follow-up and lead management capabilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proactive and responsible attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in digital communication platforms.

Compensation & Benefits
