Job Description

StoneArc Engineers is looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, coordinate labour and materials, and ensure that site work is executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Site Supervision
- Supervise daily civil construction activities.
- Monitor excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering and industrial flooring works.
- Ensure execution as per instructions and approved drawings.
- Labour Management
- Allocate daily work to labourers and subcontractors.
- Monitor productivity and maintain labour attendance.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with the Site Engineer.
- Material Management
- Monitor the receipt, storage and usage of construction materials.
- Maintain material consumption and stock records.
- Report shortages and material requirements in advance.
- Quality & Safety
- Check workmanship and report quality issues.
- Ensure proper curing and valuable construction practices.
- Enforce basic site safety requirements, including PPE usage.
- Daily Reporting
- Prepare daily site progress reports (DPR).




- Record completed quantities and manpower deployment.
- Share progress photographs and updates with management.
- Report site delays and execution challenges.
- Coordination
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, vendors and suppliers.
- Assist in site measurements and quantity verification.
- Support project completion within the planned schedule.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering / ITI Civil / PUC with relevant construction experience.
- Experience: 1–3 years in civil construction supervision preferred.
- Basic understanding of civil drawings and construction methods.
- Ability to manage labour teams and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of construction materials, measurements and quality checks.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
