Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and field recruitment
- Perform initial screening and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth interview flow
- Follow up with candidates for offer acceptance and joining
- Maintain daily recruitment reports, trackers, and MIS
- Meet daily/weekly hiring targets with quick turnaround time
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (EdTech or Sales hiring preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets
- Valuable understanding of sourcing techniques and screening methods
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
Salary:
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
