Job Summary

Apex Structure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor for its Four-Lane Highway Project at Ujjain–Maksi. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, billing, cost control, measurement verification, and monitoring project quantities as per drawings and contractual specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity estimates, and detailed quantity take-offs.
- Calculate quantities for earthwork, excavation, embankment, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, and other road construction activities.
- Prepare measurements and RA bills for contractors and subcontractors.
- Verify contractor bills, client bills, and site measurements.
- Check quantities of structures such as ROB, bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and drains.
- Prepare rate analysis, cost estimates, and material consumption reports.




- Maintain measurement books (MB), reconciliation statements, and billing records.
- Coordinate with site engineers, planning, billing, and project teams.
- Monitor project costs and identify quantity variations against BOQ.
- Ensure all measurements and bills comply with approved drawings, specifications, and contract conditions.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 2–5 years in Quantity Surveying or Billing for road and highway projects.
- Strong knowledge of highway construction activities and quantity estimation.
- Knowledge of BOQ, RA Billing, Client Billing, Measurement Book (MB), and Rate Analysis.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of IRC and MoRTH specifications will be preferred.
- Valuable analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in Four-Lane Highway Projects, particularly in earthwork, pavement construction, ROB, bridges, and culverts, will be preferred.
