- Daily Operations Management – Oversee the day-to-day operations of the petrol pump and ensure smooth functioning of all activities.
- Supervise petrol pump attendants, cashiers, and other employees, ensuring proper duty allocation and discipline.
- Monitor petrol and diesel stock levels, verify fuel deliveries, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Monitor daily fuel sales, prepare sales reports, and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Supervise cash collection, card payments, digital transactions, billing, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and skilled service to customers and handle complaints effectively.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, fuel-handling procedures, emergency protocols, and security measures.
- Ensure accurate fuel dispensing and monitor the quality and quantity of fuel supplied to customers.
- Ensure proper functioning of fuel dispensing machines, generators, air compressors, and other equipment.
- Inventory and Lubricant Management – Maintain stock records for engine oils, lubricants, and other products sold at the petrol pump.




- Supplier and Oil Company Coordination – Coordinate with fuel suppliers and oil company representatives regarding fuel deliveries, stock reconciliation, and operational requirements.
- Accounts and Documentation – Maintain daily sales registers, purchase records, expense statements, invoices, and other statutory documents.
- Compliance and Legal Requirements – Ensure compliance with applicable petroleum safety standards, weights and measures regulations, licences, and statutory requirements.
- Housekeeping and Cleanliness – Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the forecourt, office, washrooms, and customer service areas.
- Performance Monitoring – Evaluate staff performance, control operational expenses, prevent losses, and improve overall profitability.
- Reporting to Management – Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, stock, cash, expenses, and operational performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
