- Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and skilled networks.
- Screen candidates based on client requirements and job descriptions.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
- Share relevant resumes with the internal recruitment team.
- Maintain candidate databases and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Ensure timely coordination between candidates and the recruitment team.
