**Hands on Knowledge in chandelling MAC Devices**

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktop, laptop, hardware, software, and operating system-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows OS and macOS devices.
- Provide technical support for Apple devices, including MacBook, iMac, and other macOS-based systems.
- Perform Mac OS installation, upgrades, software configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, keyboards, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, Outlook, MS Teams, VPN, and email connectivity issues.
- Handle user account management, password resets, and access-related issues through Active Directory.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN,



and basic network connectivity issues.
- Perform software installation, patch updates, antivirus configuration, and system maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, device allocation, and tracking of hardware and software.
- Log, monitor, and resolve incidents and service requests through the ITSM/ticketing tool within defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and vendors for escalated hardware and software issues.
- Ensure proper documentation of technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
