Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Stewards to join our team at Dehaati. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, good communication skills and a willingness to deliver excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and assist them throughout their dining experience.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage items to guests.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, tables and service areas.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and promptly address guest requests.
- Follow standard operating procedures and service protocols.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other service team members.
- Assist in table setup,



clearing and resetting.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Previous restaurant or hotel experience will be an added advantage.
