About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Finance Lead to oversee and manage the organization's financial operations, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a fast-paced IT startup environment and possess strong analytical, accounting, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective measures.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely closure of books and accurate financial reporting.

Compliance & Taxation

- Manage statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and Income Tax.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
- Manage banking activities,



vendor payments, and receivables.
- Optimize financial processes to improve operational efficiency.

Business Finance Support

- Collaborate with business and functional leaders for financial decision-making.
- Support fundraising, investor reporting, and due diligence activities when required.
- Develop financial strategies aligned with business growth objectives.

Process Improvement

- Implement and strengthen financial controls and governance frameworks.
- Drive automation and process improvements across finance operations.
- Ensure scalability of finance processes in a growing startup environment.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Robust knowledge of Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Financial Analysis.
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Experience with ERP/Accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic startup environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- MBA Finance / CA / ICWA qualification.
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Prior experience working with IT Services, SaaS, Product Companies, FinTech, or technology startups.
- Exposure to startup culture with the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing business requirements.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

Pay: From ₹200,000.00 per year
