Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM;) with strong expertise in POS customization and Dynamics AX technical development. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, maintaining, and enhancing ERP solutions based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 F&SCM; solutions.
- Perform POS customization, enhancements, and technical modifications based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain customizations involving forms, tables, classes, workflows, and reports.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements.
- Develop and support integrations using APIs, middleware, batch processes, and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues, defects, and performance problems.
- Support data migration, testing, deployment, release management, and production support.
- Participate in technical design discussions and provide scalable ERP solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical specifications and project documentation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning,



and enhancement delivery.

Required Skills

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX technical development or D365 F&SCM.;
- Hands-on experience in POS customization in D365 F&SCM;.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics AX customizations, technical development, and application support.
- Experience with X++, forms, tables, classes, reports, and workflows, as applicable to the project version.
- Knowledge of integrations, APIs, batch processing, and data migration.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in retail solutions and POS-related business processes.
- Experience working with functional consultants and client stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ERP deployment, testing, release management, and production support.
- Ability to work independently in a remote project setting.
