• Closure of civil maintenance complaints and identified infrastructure issues within agreed timelines
• Adherence to approved scope, BOQ, budget, drawings and technical specifications
• Compliance with statutory requirements and APL quality and EHS systems, with no major safety or quality deviations
• Right-first-time execution with minimum rework and timely closure of quality observations
• Accuracy of quantity estimates, joint measurements, executed-quantity verification and contractor bill-support
documentation
