We are looking for a skilled Bench Sales Qualified with 2 to 5 years of experience in bench sales recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in W2 recruitment and excellent communication skills. This position is based at our Hyderabad location.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client demands.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for each role.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment plans.




- Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and results.

- Proven experience in bench sales recruitment with a focus on W2 employment.
