We are looking for experienced Senior Model Developers with strong hands-on expertise in Databricks, model operationalization, Git, Docker, and MLOps. The candidate will be responsible for migrating, implementing, deploying, and managing statistical and machine learning models in Databricks environments.

The ideal candidate should have strong Python and SQL skills, practical experience with containerized deployments, and a good understanding of statistical modeling techniques and model performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain model workflows using Python, SQL, and Databricks. Support the migration and operationalization of statistical and machine learning models from legacy platforms to cloud-based environments. Manage code repositories using Git, including branching, merging, and pull requests. Use Docker and containerization for consistent model execution and deployment. Implement model testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support processes. Collaborate with data scientists, model developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable model implementation and performance.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Python, SQL, Git, Docker,



and MLOps is essential.

Candidates should understand model lifecycle management, deployment workflows, statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, model evaluation metrics, and production monitoring.

Good to Have

Experience with MLflow, Databricks Jobs and Workflows, Model Registry, PySpark, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. Knowledge of regression, classification, predictive modeling, risk models, customer propensity models, and the Banking/BFSI domain will be an advantage.
