Role & responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students/clients and introduce our overseas consultancy services.
- Respond to incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand the client's educational background, career goals, and overseas study requirements.
- Provide basic information about our services, courses, destinations, and application process.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients and maintain proper records of conversations and leads.
- Schedule appointments with our counsellors.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM/software or Excel.
- Build a positive relationship with prospective clients through professional communication.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.




- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team when required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive command of English, Hindi and Telugu; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow up consistently.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.
- Previous telecalling, customer support, sales, or overseas consultancy experience is an advantage.
