Role Overview

Grandhi Fintax Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to grow our business with CPA firms and audit firms. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background in CPA, audit or accounting firms and is confident explaining our tax filing services, negotiating with clients and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Sell and promote our services to CPA firms, audit firms and accounting firms.
- Handle clients for CFO services, CPA tax (Form 1040 and Form 1065) and bookkeeping.
- Explain our tax filing process and service offerings clearly to prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients and close deals.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Coordinate with internal tax,



accounting and delivery teams so client commitments are met.
- Identify new business opportunities and keep a healthy sales pipeline.

Required Experience & Skills

- 6 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in CPA firms, audit firms or accounting firms.
- Proven experience dealing with clients for CFO services, CPA tax (1040 and 1065) and bookkeeping.
- Ability to explain tax filing services and answer client questions with confidence.
- Robust negotiation skills and experience in client management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working the night shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST) from the office.

Who Should Apply

Candidates with direct sales experience in CPA, audit or accounting firms, who have worked with clients on CFO services, CPA tax (1040 and 1065) and bookkeeping, and can explain, negotiate and manage clients end to end.
