Role & responsibilities

- Have experience in retail operations or inventory management, preferably in apparel or fashion retail coordinating with contractors and vendors.
- Thrive in fast - paced, high - footfall retail workplace.
- Have basic understanding of visual merchandising stock flow and replenishment.
- Can track slow - moving and seasonal apparel items and support stock optimization.
- Ensure availability of Retail Merchandise for customers without shortfall in all counters across the park.
- Analysing past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs
- Analyse sales and revenue reports and make forecasts for each counter/location day wise/month wise
- Duty allocation and manpower management

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in commerce, Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in retail operations or inventory management, preferably in apparel or fashion retail.
