Job Description – IQC Executive

Department: Quality Control

Location: Income Tax , Ahmedabad

Gender: Male

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical / iti

Experience: Fresher To 2 Years (Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may apply)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Negotiable)

- Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming CCTV products, electronic components, accessories, and materials.
- Identify physical damage, manufacturing defects, and functional issues.
- Analyse root causes of product defects and recommend suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for defect resolution.
- Monitor recurring quality issues and suggest preventive actions.
- Maintain product-wise, supplier-wise,



and defect-wise quality records.
- Prepare daily and monthly IQC reports using MS Excel or ERP.
- Ensure proper segregation and tracking of rejected products.
- Required SkillsKnowledge of electronic products and quality inspection.
- Basic understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data management.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in electronics manufacturing, CCTV products, or electronic component inspection will be preferred.
