- Installation & Setup
- Install analog/IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and cabling at client sites.
- Configure recording schedules, motion detection, and remote viewing access.
- Ensure neat wiring and secure mounting of equipment.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and repair faults in cameras, recorders, and power supplies.
- Test system performance and signal quality to meet operational benchmarks.
- Provide preventive maintenance and timely service calls.
- Customer Interaction
- Conduct site surveys and recommend suitable CCTV solutions.
- Train clients on system usage, recording, and remote access.
- Maintain service logs, installation records, and incident reports.
- Compliance & Safety
- Follow structured cabling standards and data privacy policies.
- Adhere to safety practices while working at height or with electrical systems.
