Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Supervise shop-floor operations, machine operators and production workers.
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D mechanical models using SolidWorks.
- Develop mechanical designs, assemblies and manufacturing drawings.
- Monitor machine performance and minimize production downtime.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other departments.
- Ensure product quality and reduce rejection and material wastage.
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and technical documentation.
- Modify existing designs as per manufacturing and production requirements.




- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines and raw materials
- Implement 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
- Resolve technical and production-related issues.

Required Skills

- B.E. / B.Tech. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of Production & Manufacturing Processes.
- Practical knowledge of SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of 2D Drafting and 3D Modelling.
- Understanding of Mechanical Drawings and GD&T.;
- Knowledge of Production Planning and Shop Floor Management.
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen and Quality Control.
- Basic MS Excel and Computer Knowledge.
- Positive Problem-Solving and Communication Skills.

Experience Required

- Minimum 1 year to Maximum 10 years.
- Practical SolidWorks
