Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, customer-oriented Counter Sales Executive to join our home furnishing showroom at Abhiva Interiors LLP. In this role, you will be the face of our shop, welcoming customers, understanding their home decor needs, and guiding them to the right products (such as curtains, bedsheets, cushions, carpets, and wallpapers). Your primary goal will be to provide excellent service, maximize retail sales, and maintain an inviting showroom floor in Greater Noida.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in customers warmly and assist them in exploring our home furnishing collections.

Sales & Upselling: Understand customer requirements, suggest matching decor combinations, and actively pitch premium or complementary products.

Product Knowledge: Learn about our fabrics, materials, dimensions, and care instructions to answer customer queries confidently.

Stock Management: Arrange and stock counter displays neatly to ensure products are visually appealing and easy to find.





Order Processing: Help customers with billing, check warehouse stock availability, and handle basic cash or digital transactions.

After-Sales Support: Coordinate delivery dates or customization requests (like curtain stitching or alterations) with the backend operations team.

Requirements & Skills

Education: High school diploma, graduate, or equivalent qualification.

Experience: 0 to 3 years of retail experience. Experience in apparel, home decor, or lifestyle retail is a plus, but freshers are highly welcome to apply.

Communication: Transparent, polite, and persuasive communication skills in English and Hindi.

Personality: Friendly, approachable, and genuinely enthusiastic about home styling or interior decor.

Technical Skills: Basic mental math for calculating prices or discounts and comfort using a digital point-of-sale (POS) billing system.
