Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-groomed, and customer-focused

Store Sales Executive for our Jaipur kiosk at Pacific Mall. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to deliver a premium shopping experience to customers.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and assist them with product selection.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain attractive product displays and kiosk presentation.
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash payments accurately.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate inventory replenishment.




- Maintain kiosk cleanliness, merchandising, and brand standards.
- Build robust customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
- Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with management.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

- Experience: 6 months–2 years in retail sales preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a mall environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems is an advantage.
