We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Stock Market Relationship Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring recent clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting stock market and investment-related services.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new clients through calls, references and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Explain stock market products, equity, derivatives (F&O;), and investment services.
- Assist clients with account opening and KYC procedures.
- Guide clients on trading platforms and brokerage services.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
- Provide regular client support and resolve customer queries.
- Develop long-term client relationships and improve customer retention.
