JOB DESCRIPTION – GRAPHIC DESIGNER

1. Job Overview

Position: Graphic Designer

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Employment Type: Full time (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

2. Job Summary

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into strong visual communication across both digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, branding, typography, colours, layouts, and print production.

3. Roles & Responsibilities

1. Create designs for branding, logos, brochures, leaflets, packaging, catalogues, posters, presentations, advertisements, and social media.

2. Develop creative concepts that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.

3. Design artwork for both print and digital platforms, ensuring correct formats and specifications.

4. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to bring ideas from brief to final design.

5. Adapt and resize creative assets across different formats while maintaining visual consistency.

6. Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate production requirements when needed.

7. Stay updated with the latest design trends, typography,



layouts, and visual styles.

4. Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.

2. Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar design tools.

3. Good understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, layout, and print production.

4. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

5. Ability to understand a brief and convert it into compelling visual communication.

6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

7. A strong design portfolio is mandatory.
