Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Barista / Steward / Cashier to join Theo’s team. This role involves preparing beverages, maintaining cleanliness, handling customer orders, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:Barista Duties:

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to Theo’s standards
- Operate coffee machines and maintain equipment hygiene
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Recommend menu items to customers

Cashier Duties:

- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments
- Maintain proper billing and transaction records
- Address basic customer queries and resolve issues politely

Steward Duties:

- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, counters, and service stations
- Transparent and reset tables promptly
- Assist in dishwashing and general kitchen support when needed
