About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and organised Coordination Associate to join our Operations team.

The role involves coordinating with Experience Centres (ECs), vendors, warehouses and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, timely resolution of requests and efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure timely handling of all requests, including sales enquiries and product availability checks.




- Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and track the inward receipt of materials.
- Conduct regular audits across Experience Centres (ECs), prepare reports and resolve mapping-related issues.
- Perform basic data analysis and manage warehouse inventory.
- Handle escalations in coordination with Customer Support and Procurement teams.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between different teams for productive operational execution.

Requirements

- 0–1 year of experience; freshers can apply.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic data analysis skills.
- Comfortable working on Google Sheets.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to take ownership.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week from the office.
- Comfortable travelling to Experience Centres and warehouses within Bangalore
