- Handle end-to-end recruitment for manpower requirements across various sites and locations.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Maintain daily candidate calling, interview, selection, and joining reports.
- Ensure timely joining of candidates as per manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with Operations and Site Teams regarding vacancies and manpower requirements.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their joining and ensure proper documentation.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
