Job Overview

We are looking for a target-driven and performance-oriented Term Insurance Sales Executive with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in Term Insurance Sales.

The ideal candidate must have practical experience in selling Term Insurance products, handling customer queries, generating business through inbound and outbound calls, and converting qualified leads into successful policy sales.

Candidates with relevant Term Insurance Sales experience and a proven ability to achieve sales targets will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for Term Insurance products.
- Connect with potential customers and understand their insurance requirements.
- Explain Term Insurance plans, policy benefits, coverage, premium structures and eligibility criteria.
- Recommend suitable Term Insurance solutions based on customer needs.
- Convert qualified leads into successful policy sales and drive premium generation.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, conversion ratios and revenue objectives.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested and prospective customers to maximise conversions.




- Handle customer objections and provide accurate product-related information.
- Maintain proper lead records, customer interactions and sales updates in CRM.
- Coordinate with backend and operations teams for smooth application processing and policy issuance.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience specifically in Term Insurance Sales.
- Hands-on experience in selling Term Insurance products.
- Strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent lead handling and sales conversion abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on revenue generation.
- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
- Basic understanding of Life Insurance and Term Insurance products.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales workplace.

Important: Candidates with experience only in General Insurance, Motor Insurance, Health Insurance, Banking or other non-Term Insurance sales profiles will not be considered. Relevant hands-on Term Insurance Sales experience is mandatory.
