Role Description The 3D Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tasgaon. The 3D Designer will create and refine 3D models for plant layouts, piping systems, and equipment, ensuring design accuracy and alignment with project specifications.

Responsibilities include preparing fabrication-ready drawings, coordinating with engineering teams, and incorporating feedback from project stakeholders. The role also involves optimizing visual aspects such as lighting and rendering,



supporting basic animation or visual walkthroughs when needed, and maintaining organized project files and documentation. The 3D Designer will work closely with project managers and engineers to meet deadlines, adhere to quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of design workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in 3D Design and 3D Modeling for industrial plants, piping, and equipment.
- Ability to apply Lighting and basic Animation techniques for visualizations and design presentations.
- Competence in Graphic Design for layouts, diagrams, and explicit visual documentation.
- Proficiency with relevant 3D and CAD tools (e.g., Autodesk Plant 3D, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor); familiarity with AVEVA E3D, PDMS, CADWorx, SP3D, or Tekla Structures is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in an on-site, project-driven environment.
- Experience in process, plant, or equipment design industries (e.g., Oil & Gas, Chemical, Food, Sugar, Distillery) is preferred.
