As an Academic Trainer (Communicative English) at SR Edu Technologies, you’ll help learners strengthen their spoken and written English through explicit instruction, practical activities, and constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging sessions that build fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and confidence in everyday communication.
- Lead speaking activities such as discussions, role-plays, presentations, and listening exercises, adapting them to learners’ needs.
- Explain English concepts clearly and model effective spoken and written communication.
- Assess learners’ progress through classroom activities and written work, then give specific, supportive feedback.
- Identify areas where learners need more practice and adjust lesson plans and teaching methods accordingly.
- Develop and organize lesson materials, exercises,



and assessments that support session objectives.
- Maintain a focused, inclusive learning environment and encourage learners to participate and practice consistently.
