About the role The Cutting Edge School is hiring an Account Executive for its high-ticket B2C sales team. You'll sell premium AI upskilling programs to working professionals, managing company-provided leads through the complete sales cycle, from discovery and consultation to closing and enrolment.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct discovery calls and consultative program discussions with prospective learners.
- Understand their professional goals and recommend suitable AI upskilling programs.
- Own lead qualification, follow-ups, objection handling, negotiation, closing and enrolment handoff.
- Explain program value and address questions about pricing, ROI and relevance.
- Achieve sales targets, revenue goals and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate lead,



conversation and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Manage the sales pipeline proactively and improve customer engagement and conversion rates with the team.

What we're looking for

- B2C sales experience, preferably in edtech, online education, executive education or professional upskilling.
- Experience selling premium programs or services to working professionals.
- Solid communication, consultative selling, negotiation and closing skills.
- Confidence handling pricing objections and explaining product value clearly.
- A target-driven mindset, ownership of results and disciplined follow-ups.

Good to have

- Experience at an edtech or upskilling company.
- Inside sales, admissions counselling or enrolment sales experience.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Interest in AI, technology and professional development.
