Academic Counsellor / Business Development Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month plus incentives

About the Role

Zoople Technologies is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our team as Academic Counsellors / Business Development Executives. The ideal candidate should have experience in education sales, student counselling, lead conversion, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students about available courses and career opportunities.

Handle inbound and outbound enquiries and generate new leads.

Convert prospective leads into admissions and achieve assigned targets.

Follow up with students and parents through calls, meetings, and other communication channels.

Build and maintain robust relationships with students and parents.





Identify business development opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.

Maintain daily sales reports and update lead information.

Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Education Sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.

Ability to handle student and parent enquiries professionally.

Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.

Knowledge of academic counselling and course promotion will be an advantage.
