Job Role:

The Sales Manager is responsible for the overall performance and smooth functioning of the Centre. The role involves driving student admissions and revenue, managing and developing the academic counselling team, coordinating with faculty, and ensuring an excellent student experience. The position requires a strong combination of sales, leadership, people management, and operational skills.

Key Responsibilites

- Drive student enrollments and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of Academic Counselors.
- Oversee daily centre operations including batch scheduling, faculty coordination, and smooth Centre functioning.

Skills Required





- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets.
- Prior experience in the education / EdTech industry is mandatory.
- Preferred candidates with experience in selling professional courses such as ACCA, CFA, CMA, CPA, CA, or similar finance/accounting programs.

Work Requirement

- Saturday and Sunday mandatory working. Weekly off on a week day.
- Six Days a week - 8.5 hours work shift (DAY SHIFT) - Timings will vary as per department and work requirement.
