Job Overview

Jerai Fitness Ltd. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer with expertise in architectural visualization, interior and exterior rendering, and 3D artwork. The role involves developing photorealistic 3D models, architectural walkthroughs, animations, and high-quality visual presentations for various design and marketing projects. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical expertise in 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering, along with the ability to translate creative concepts into visually compelling designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create realistic 3D interior and exterior visualizations for architectural and design projects.
- Develop detailed 3D models, materials, textures, lighting setups, and photorealistic renders.




- Prepare architectural walkthroughs, animations, and high-quality presentation visuals.
- Create 3D artwork, visualization concepts, and creative design layouts.
- Develop product visualizations and presentation graphics based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to understand project briefs and deliver creative solutions.
- Ensure accuracy, visual consistency, and high-quality output across all assigned projects.
- Modify and refine 3D designs, renders, and animations based on management feedback.
- Manage multiple design projects while ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Qualification & Skills:

- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D design, architectural visualization, or 3D artwork.
- Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Twinmotion.
- Strong knowledge of 3D modelling, rendering, texturing, materials, and lighting techniques.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for image editing and post-production.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing, animation, and walkthrough presentations is preferred.
- Ability to create photorealistic renders and visually appealing presentations.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing architectural visualization, 3D modelling, rendering, and creative design work is preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
