About the Role

As an Academic Counsellor, you will connect with parents in the Indian market to understand their children's learning needs and recommend suitable BrightCHAMPS programs. The role focuses on consultative counselling, building strong relationships with parents, and driving enrolments in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will connect with Indian parents through inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings to explain our programs, curriculum, and learning outcomes.



You will understand each child's academic level, interests, and goals to recommend appropriate courses and learning paths.

You will also be responsible for converting qualified leads into enrolments by addressing objections, clarifying queries, and communicating the value of our programs. Maintaining consistent follow-ups, updating lead information in the CRM, achieving weekly and monthly revenue and conversion targets, and collaborating with the Operations, Support, and Academic teams will be key aspects of the role.

Work Schedule & Requirements

Working Days: 6 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays, with a weekday off as per business requirements.

Shift Timings: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST (timings may change based on business requirements).

Work Mode: Work From Home

Laptop Requirement: Candidates must have their own personal laptop in positive working condition.
