Key Responsibilities:

· Day-to-day accounting entries (Purchase, Sales, Receipts, Payments, and Bank Reconciliation) in Tally.

· Processing vendor invoices, verifying bills with work orders/PO,



and supporting accounts payable workflows.

· Generating client tax invoices based on service/work completions.

· Assisting in preparing GST and TDS summary data for monthly returns.

· Maintaining physical and digital accounting files and audit documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· B. Com / Graduate in Commerce (M. Com/Inter CMA pursuing candidates welcome).

· 0–1 years of experience in accounting (Freshers with robust practical Tally and Excel skills may apply).

· Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, sorting/filtering).

· Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and invoice matching.
