Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Gurgaon.

The Chartered

Accountant will handle day-to-day statutory and internal audits, prepare and review financial statements, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting and tax regulations.

Responsibilities include managing direct and indirect tax filings, supporting GST and income tax assessments, and maintaining accurate books of accounts. The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing management reports, and advising clients on financial planning, risk management, and process improvements.

The Chartered

Accountant will collaborate with internal teams and clients,



coordinate with regulatory authorities as needed, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of financial controls and reporting standards.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from a ICAI, with a strong understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting with 3 years of post qualification must.
- Proficiency in audit procedures, internal controls, and risk assessment, with experience in statutory and internal audits.
- knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, including GST, income tax, and corporate tax compliance and advisory.
- Hands-on experience with accounting and ERP software, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work with large data sets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
- Effective communication and client management skills, including the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage multiple engagements, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a CA firm or corporate finance workplace is preferred; exposure to multiple industries is an advantage.
