Role Description This full-time Civil Engineer role is based in the Greater Hyderabad Area with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site presence and some work from home.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising construction and infrastructure projects, including site visits, technical assessments, and coordination with project teams. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, calculations, and reports, supporting stormwater management and drainage solutions, and ensuring compliance with local codes, standards, and client specifications. The role involves monitoring construction progress, resolving technical issues, collaborating with contractors and consultants, and contributing to project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.

Qualifications





- Civil Engineering fundamentals: Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering and be able to apply engineering principles to design and construction projects.
- Design and technical skills: Candidates should possess skills in Civil Engineering Design, including preparation and review of plans, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Planning and project coordination: Candidates should possess skills in Planning, including project scheduling, resource coordination, and site supervision.
- Stormwater and infrastructure management: Candidates should possess skills in Stormwater Management, including drainage design and hydrological analysis.
- Skilled background: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Tools and software: Working knowledge of CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD) and relevant civil engineering software; familiarity with MS Office for reports and documentation.
- Regulatory and safety awareness: Understanding of local building codes, standards, and construction safety practices.
- Communication and teamwork: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience: Prior experience in construction or infrastructure projects in urban environments is an advantage.
