We’re hiring: Freelance Creative Lead | Edge the Agency, Colombo

Edge the Agency is a boutique digital marketing agency based in Colombo, with a presence in the UAE. We help brands in hospitality, healthcare, finance and B2B grow through SEO, AI search visibility, paid media, social media and content production.

Creative work is at the heart of what we deliver, and we’re looking for a Creative Lead to shape it and build the team behind it.

Who we’re looking for

Someone who thinks in brands, not just layouts. You understand why one brand should look, sound and feel different from another, and you can turn that into creative work that stands out and performs.

What you’ll do

- Lead the creative team with fresh, strategic ideas for client campaigns and content
- Set the creative direction for each client and keep every piece true to that brand
- Stay hands-on with design: social creatives, ad visuals, brand assets and presentations




- Review all creative output for quality and brand consistency
- Build, guide and grow your own creative team
- Work closely with our marketing, SEO and paid media teams

What you’ll need

- At least 2 years in a creative role, such as graphic designer, junior graphic designer, videographer or social media content creator
- A strong creative mind and a valuable eye for design
- A solid understanding of brands and how to differentiate them creatively
- Fluency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other creative tools
- Excellent English and fluent Sinhala
- The confidence to lead people and share ideas

Added advantage: videography and video editing skills.
