FyneHand has been mandated to hire for a Head of Facilities for a leading luxury real estate company. The job location is Pune.

Role overview: To lead and oversee end-to-end facilities management operations across a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring world-class service delivery, operational excellence, cost optimization, and high tenant satisfaction while aligning with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end facilities management across a large, multi-location commercial portfolio
- Define and execute strategies to deliver operational excellence, cost efficiency, and superior tenant experience
- Oversee hard & soft services including MEP, HVAC, security, housekeeping, and sustainability initiatives
- Drive standardization of processes, SLAs, and performance metrics across all sites
- Manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure effective control over OPEX and CAPEX
- Build and maintain robust relationships with tenants, leadership, and key stakeholders
- Lead vendor strategy, negotiations, and performance management
- Champion digital transformation, smart building solutions, and ESG initiatives
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety norms, and audit requirements
- Mentor and lead large,



cross-functional teams to drive high performance and accountability

Key requirements:

- 18–22+ years of experience in facilities/property management, preferably in commercial real estate
- Proven track record of managing large, multi-site portfolios with strong operational control
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost optimization, and P&L; management
- Deep expertise in hard and soft services, compliance, and safety standards. Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement skills
- Demonstrated leadership capability in managing large teams and vendor ecosystems
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive transformation and continuous improvement
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and crisis management abilities
