Role Description The Graduate Electrical Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in pune.The role involves assisting in the design, testing, and optimization of electric motors and related electrical systems used in cooling applications. Daily tasks include supporting electrical design activities, reviewing technical specifications, contributing to power distribution and power systems analysis, and assisting in troubleshooting production-level electrical issues. The engineer will collaborate with senior engineers, production teams, and quality control to ensure products meet performance and compliance requirements.

The role also includes preparing technical documentation,



participating in continuous improvement initiatives, and learning company standards and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Electrical Engineering and Electricity, including understanding of circuits, components, and safety standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design, with the ability to interpret schematics, support motor design, and assist in system layout.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Power Systems and Power Distribution, including load calculations and basic analysis of motor and supply performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in technical work and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment in pune collaborate with cross-functional teams, and follow safety and quality procedures.
- Familiarity with industry standards, basic CAD or electrical design software, and exposure to motor or automotive systems is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn, adapt to structured processes, and participate in training and mentorship programs.
