Role Description The Member Success Executive is a contract, on-site role based in Bengaluru, focused on delivering a high-quality experience to IET India members and prospective members. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to member inquiries, supporting membership onboarding and ensuring timely resolution of service requests through phone and email. The role also involves maintaining accurate membership records, updating daily lead spreadsheets and gathering feedback to improve member services.

Executive will assist in resolving basic member queries, promote IET offerings, and contribute to initiatives that enhance member satisfaction. This position requires close collaboration with colleagues in India to uphold IET’s standards of skilled service.





Qualifications

- Ability to deliver strong member and customer service, including relationship management, responsiveness, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in communication skills such as clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and professional presentation in member interactions.
- Competence in administrative and coordination activities, including data entry, record management, basic reporting, and task prioritization.
- Comfort with digital tools and office software (e.g., CRM systems, email platforms, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools) to manage member information and workflows.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse, international environment.
- All educational backgrounds welcome; experience in membership services or customer support is an advantage.
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru in a structured, process-driven environment.

Duration: 6 months (contractual position, subject to renewal based on performance)

Stipend: INR 25000 per month - can increase for experienced candidates only.
