Eligibility & Requirements:
- Graduate or above.
- Prior experience in the FinTech industry is mandatory.
- Must be a local candidate from Rajasthan.
- Experience in field operations and vendor management.
- Comfortable with continuous travelling and regular vendor visits.
- Robust communication, relationship-building and management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Regular field visits to vendors.
- Vendor onboarding and network expansion.
- Managing vendor performance and service quality.
- Driving regional operations and business growth.
