Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Wedding Planner role based in Goa, India.

The Wedding

Planner will collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, propose concepts, and translate ideas into detailed event plans and timelines. Daily responsibilities include venue and vendor coordination, budgeting and cost tracking, creating and managing checklists, and supervising logistics such as décor, catering, entertainment, and guest services. The role involves conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, ensuring contracts and payments are organized, and overseeing rehearsals and event-day operations to deliver smooth, high-quality wedding experiences.





The Wedding

Planner will also manage last-minute changes, resolve issues on-site, and work with the wider team to maintain Crafting Memories Goa’s service standards.

Qualifications

- Robust planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple weddings and timelines simultaneously.
- Professional experience in event planning and wedding planning, including end-to-end coordination of ceremonies and receptions.
- Budgeting and cost-management skills to create, monitor, and optimize event budgets while maintaining quality.
- Customer service and client relationship skills to build trust, manage expectations, and provide a calm, solutions-focused presence.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for working with venues, vendors, and diverse clients.
- Attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and a flair for design and aesthetics in wedding décor and experiences.
- Ability to work on-site, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
- Prior experience in hospitality, events, or related fields is an advantage; a relevant diploma or degree is beneficial but not mandatory.
