Role Overview

We are looking for an organized and proactive Webinar Coordinator to manage and coordinate online webinars, workshops, and virtual events.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate webinars and online sessions.
- Manage webinar platforms and technical setup.
- Coordinate with speakers, participants, and internal teams.
- Handle registrations, reminders, attendance, and follow-ups.
- Maintain webinar records and reports.

Requirements: Good communication, coordination, organizational, and basic technical skills.

Note: The role requires flexibility, and occasional Sunday work may be needed. Comp-off will be provided for Sunday work as per company policy.
