Role Description The Welder role at Hts Enterprises is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The welder is responsible for performing high-quality welding operations on medical device components, following detailed drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include setting up welding equipment, selecting appropriate materials and techniques, executing various welds, and inspecting finished work for accuracy and structural integrity.
The role also involves collaborating with production and quality teams, maintaining tools and equipment, and documenting work in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Welding skills, including experience with Arc Welding techniques.
- Candidates should possess TIG Welding skills for precision components and clean, high-quality joint
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Materials used in welding, including metal properties and appropriate filler materials.
- Understanding of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively, follow procedures, and maintain consistent quality in a fast-paced production setting.
