About the Role

Andiviaa Celebrations is looking for a dynamic, creative and highly responsible Wedding Planning, Sales & Operations Manager who can independently manage the complete wedding lifecycle — from the first client enquiry and sales closure to conceptualisation, design, planning, production, vendor management and final on-ground execution.

We are looking for someone who can combine solid sales abilities, creative thinking, operational expertise and excellent client management skills.

This is an end-to-end ownership role for someone who understands that a successful wedding requires creativity, planning, commercial understanding and flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Business Development

Handle incoming wedding enquiries, generate leads and convert prospects into confirmed clients.

Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, budgets, preferences and expectations.

Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations and customised wedding packages.

Negotiate commercials, close deals and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Build relationships with hotels, resorts, venues, wedding vendors and industry partners.

Explore new business opportunities and destination wedding projects.

- Client Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the wedding journey.

Understand client expectations and translate their vision into actionable plans.

Manage client communication, meetings, approvals, budgets and timelines.

Ensure a smooth and personalised client experience from onboarding to wedding completion.

Handle client concerns, last-minute changes and on-ground requirements professionally.

- Creative Planning & Wedding Design





Develop unique wedding concepts, themes and creative directions.

Prepare moodboards, design presentations, décor concepts and visual references.

Research new wedding trends, themes, entertainment ideas and experiential concepts.

Work on wedding aesthetics, guest experiences, functions and event flow.

Coordinate with creative and décor teams to translate concepts into execution.

- Production & Vendor Management

Research, identify and onboard vendors for décor, production, entertainment, photography, hospitality, logistics and other wedding requirements.

Negotiate vendor pricing, finalise deliverables and manage vendor relationships.

Prepare production schedules, execution plans and detailed event checklists.

Coordinate fabrication, installations, technical production, sound, lighting and setup.

Ensure all vendors deliver according to agreed timelines, quality standards and budgets.

- Wedding Planning & On-ground Execution

Manage complete wedding planning from initial discussions to final execution.

Prepare wedding timelines, function schedules, guest movement plans and operational checklists.

Coordinate venue inspections, logistics, accommodation, hospitality and guest arrangements.

Supervise teams, vendors and production activities during wedding functions.

Be physically present at wedding locations to manage on-ground execution.

Handle last-minute challenges and ensure smooth, timely event delivery.

Conduct post-event closures, vendor settlements and client feedback.

- Budgeting & Revenue Management





Prepare wedding budgets, costing sheets and commercial proposals.

Monitor project expenses, vendor costs and overall profitability.

Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets.

Track sales pipeline, booking closures and revenue contribution.

Candidate Requirements

3–7 years of experience in wedding planning, event management, destination weddings or luxury hospitality.

Strong experience in client handling, wedding sales and project execution.

Understanding of wedding décor, design, production and vendor management.

Ability to create moodboards, concepts and client presentations.

Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.

Strong budgeting, costing and commercial understanding.

Ability to independently manage multiple weddings and projects.

Willingness to travel and work on-ground during weddings, including weekends and holidays.

Creative, proactive, organised and solution-oriented personality.

Robust ownership and ability to manage teams under pressure.

The candidate should be equally comfortable closing a client, presenting a wedding concept, negotiating with vendors, managing production and supervising the wedding on-ground.
