Shree Om Transport Company (SOTC) is expanding its business and looking for an experienced, agile and result-oriented Sales Manager – Warehousing to strengthen our business development team.
We are looking for a senior B2B sales professional with a proven track record in acquiring new warehousing clients, developing strategic business relationships and driving profitable business growth.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition for warehousing and storage solutions.
- Identify and develop potential clients across FMCG, E-commerce, Retail, Manufacturing, Automobile and other industries.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- Build relationships with CXOs, Supply Chain Heads, Logistics Heads and key decision-makers.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals and close business deals.
- Explore new markets and identify opportunities for warehousing and 3PL solutions.
- Work closely with internal operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
? Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience in B2B sales and business development within Warehousing, Logistics or 3PL.
- Proven ability to acquire new warehousing clients independently.
- Established industry network and strong client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven professional with a focus on revenue growth and profitability.
