Role Description The Videographer role at milaaesthetics is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, the Videographer plans, shoots, and edits video content that highlights treatments, client experiences, brand campaigns, and educational material for digital platforms. Daily tasks include preparing and setting up cameras and lighting, coordinating with the marketing and creative teams on concepts and storyboards, and capturing high-quality footage in the clinic and studio environments.

The Videographer will manage video assets, organize footage, and deliver polished content optimized for social media, web, and promotional use.



The role also involves maintaining equipment, staying current with visual trends in the aesthetics and beauty industry, and ensuring consistent brand standards in all video output.

Qualifications

- Strong video production skills, including planning, shooting, and basic to advanced post-production.
- Proficiency in camera operation and handling different camera setups for diverse shoot requirements.
- Ability to manage lighting setups and make informed decisions to achieve clean, flattering visuals.
- Hands-on experience in shooting video content for social media, promotional campaigns, or brand storytelling.
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Attention to detail, visual creativity, and an understanding of composition and framing.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with marketing, design, and operations teams.
- Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
- Prior experience in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or lifestyle content creation is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
