About the roleWe’re looking for a hands-on Videographer to manage podcast shoots and create professional, visually engaging recordings. You should be confident handling cameras, lighting, and audio, and running a recording session from setup to footage backup.

Responsibilities

- Set up and operate multiple cameras for podcast interviews.
- Plan camera angles, framing, and composition.
- Set up lighting to achieve a consistent, premium studio look.
- Configure microphones and audio recording equipment; monitor sound throughout each session.
- Match camera settings, exposure, and white balance across cameras.
- Monitor focus, recording status, battery levels, and storage during shoots.
- Help hosts and guests feel comfortable on camera.
- Organise, label, back up, and hand over footage to the editing team.
- Maintain cameras, lenses, lights, microphones, and studio equipment.
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage, promotional videos, and social media content.

Requirements





- Practical experience in videography, preferably with podcasts, interviews, or studio productions.
- Strong understanding of camera settings, lighting, composition, and audio recording.
- Experience operating Sony mirrorless cameras or similar equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot recording issues and independently manage shoots.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and positive communication skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant work. Personal and freelance projects are welcome.

Good to have

- Basic video editing and colour correction skills.
- Experience with multicamera synchronisation, live switching, or streaming.
- Ability to create short promotional clips and reels.
